A kind, knowledgeable young man named Edgar came to our home and took all the worries off my husband by giving us assurance that people would be there the next day........and they were. Then we spoke to David many times in the office. Another amazing person. And then Harley and his workmen arrived. We have never seen so many men work so hard and so long and not one complain from them. We love Harley. Then last but not least was Andre. Also very sensitive to our situation and so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Kevin and thank you to all your work crew for their hard work and professionalism.

Hi Kevin, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent way both Alan and Ben handled my sewer situation. Both maintained good communication with me, answering my questions, showing me the damage done by the roots of trees in the sewer line and carefully explaining and demonstrating the procedures used to remedy each new situation found. Amazingly, all the work was done in just two days! The crews, under the able direction of Alan and Ben, worked diligently and wasted no time. I also appreciate that each member of the crew was courteous and there was no excessive noise so my neighbors weren't disturbed by the work being done. We appreciated the excellent service provided by Sung, who worked very hard repairing a difficult problem, including working in inclement weather and staying long hours. He was anxious to do a good job and make sure my husband and I were totally satisfied. Sung was very effective directing his assistants, and he and Na Na, plus others worked diligently repairing the pipe, etc., as well als cleaning up afterwards. Miracle Rooter is terrific. ( From Yelp ) I wish I'd found this company years ago! I will never use anyone else. I've used a dozen or so different plumbers during the 10 years we've owned our apartment building. Once Miracle Rooter Burbank Plumbing did their first job for me, I realized I had been over paying for sloppy, substandard work from the other guys. They see an apartment building, see an out of town owner/manager who also happens to be a woman making a decision on repairs and figure they'll jack the price up as high as they can. How in the world can you expect a plumber to negotiate a plumbing job over the phone, sight unseen? Kevin is honest and his employees are hard working. I can't even begin to tell some of the horrifying stories of working with some of the "chain-franchise" plumbers. Like I said, for me, it definitely is Miracle Rooter Plumbing's way and no one else's way. Use this Burbank Plumbing and you wont be disapointed.

Miracle Rooter is great. ( From Yelp ) Called them out of the Yellow Pages because they claimed to have fast service and they were here in less than an hour. ?My main sewer line had failed - it was over 50 years old and the clay pipes needed to be replaced. ?They encountered a couple of unexpected issues navigating hard clay soil and other elements of the yard, but worked diligently and professionally in completing the job. ?The price was fair, their crew was polite and hard-working, and the job was done neatly. ?I'd use them again in the future.

Found a leak under my kitchen sink. We had been smelling a wierd smell for a couple of weeks. We found it today, called Miracle Rooter in Burbank. The girl I talked to, I think Jasmine, was super nice, got a guy out right away, called us when he was on his way. Got the problem fixed pretty quick, and also pointed out a couple of things he could also fix while he was here that he went ahead and did. We have used Miracle Rooter a couple of times, always a great experience.
